Strong communication, decisionmaking, and relationshipbuilding abilities are essential.
Responsibilities include coaching and training staff, providing leadership in the supervisors absence, supporting placements and caregivers, liaising with First Nations CFS agencies, assisting with service delivery across programs, and representing the ministry on committees.
