Description

We are located in the beautiful and peaceful rural village of Elbow, SK
The desire for a rural and somewhat remote lifestyle will be necessary for applicants.  


In a manufacturing setting, perform general production assembly/processing of electronic printed circuit boards (and other assembly work) using a variety of methods with and without the use of automated equipment.
Precisely placing electronic components like resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits (ICs) onto PCBs according to detailed schematics.
Using soldering irons or automated soldering equipment to connect components to the PCB, ensuring proper solder joints.
Ensure duties assigned to you are understood by using work instructions, standard, written and verbal.
Follow IPC industry standards, standards work instructions, standard operating procedures/processes (SOPs) along with company standards, directives and policies for on-time, quality processes and outputs.
Quality control/inspection: Verifying the quality of assembled units by performing visual and functional tests without using specialized equipment to identify defects. Including first-off verifications of the assembly and the related standard work instructions.
Maintaining accurate records of assembly processes and identifying any issues encountered during productionhelping to support the updating and accuracy of process documentation such as standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Meet production target goals on hourly, daily and order-based output requirements.
Hand-solder very small and delicate components with and without the use of optical enhancement (magnifiers).
Maintain excellent Lean 5S standards in all areas of work.
Use a variety of chemicals in the production/assembly of products.
Other duties as required.
