Westridge Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our team. This is a full-time position reporting to the General Superintendent. We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from developing Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects.
What Youll Do
* Oversee daily site operations on one or multiple projects
* Lead projects based on experience and complexity
* Ensure safety standards in collaboration with safety personnel
* Coordinate site setup, scheduling, and weekly planning
* Work with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution
* Supervise crews and manage subcontractors
* Maintain documentation, reporting, and QA/QC processes
* Monitor productivity, materials, and site performance
* Support team development and promote company values
* Travel as required
What You Bring
* 5+ years of construction experience in a leadership role
* Experience managing sites and coordinating subcontractors
* Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings
* Solid organizational and communication skills
* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
* Ability to work independently with a solutions-focused mindset
* Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
