ASSISTANT MANAGER
LOCATION: SASKATOON, SK

Responsibilities:
    Assist the Branch Manager with all day-to-day operations
    Promote and enforce health and safety standards while leading by example
    Lead and supervise employees, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
    Coordinate dispatch, claims, OS&D, and other operational activities
    Complete administrative duties and required reports within established deadlines
    Collaborate with the manager to ensure customer satisfaction
    Ensure safe operation and maintenance of trucks and equipment in coordination with the shop
    Build and maintain community relationships to promote the companys image and corporate sponsorships

Qualifications:
    Motivated, customer-focused individual with leadership potential
    Valid Class 5 drivers license but valid class 1A is an asset
    Basic computer and strong communication skills
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs (flexible hours and days as required)
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
