Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Dietitian is responsible for managing the nutrition care of patients living with diabetes, including nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutritional care plans, nutrition counseling, evaluation of care outcomes and arrangement for follow up care as required. The Dietitian acts as a nutrition consultant amongst an interdisciplinary care team. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education
- Dietetic Internship certificate
- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))

Additional Comment
- No guaranteed hours. Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable
