Location: Paskwa Farms (25 km west of Lipton, SK) Reports To: Farm Manager & COO
POSITION SUMMARY
The Farm Foreman is the on-site supervisor responsible for the daily operations of Paskwa Farms grain and oilseed operation, including staff coordination, equipment oversight, inventory management, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Assist with crop planning, seeding, spraying, and harvest
    Ensure availability of seed, fertilizer, and farm inputs
    Oversee equipment maintenance and yard operations
    Manage inventory (seed, chemicals, fuel, parts)
    Supervise, train, and support farm employees
    Coordinate daily work schedules and activities
    Maintain accurate records (inputs, yields, crop quality, time tracking)
    Operate farm equipment and assist with grain handling
    Monitor crops, field conditions, and weather
QUALIFICATIONS
    5-8 years grain or oilseed farming experience
    Strong equipment operation skills
    Supervisory and leadership experience
    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    Valid Saskatchewan drivers license
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Outdoor, weather-dependent work with seasonal hours, including weekends and overtime during peak periods.
