Description

The role of a Housing Manager is multifaceted, requiring a blend of business management, project management, and interpersonal skills. Housing Managers are responsible for developing housing policies, preparing budgets, managing tenant relations, overseeing new construction and renovation, and ensuring health and safety through annual inspections. They also assist in preparing applications for housing programs and maintain accurate records of tenants and assets. Reporting to CMHC & ISC is a requirement. Oversee all housing and public works.
