Were looking for a Cathodic Protection (CP) Surveyor to support the integrity and reliability of our clients buried pipeline and facility assets across Canada. In this field-based role, you'll perform CP surveys, collect and analyze data, and help ensure corrosion control systems are operating effectively. As part of a nationwide maintenance program, you'll play a key role in protecting critical infrastructure while working alongside experienced crews in a safety-focused environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Travel to field locations to perform cathodic protection surveys including annual test lead surveys, CIS, diagnostic testing, and commissioning work
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot survey equipment (multimeters, data loggers, pipe locators) and complete minor test lead/post repairs
Locate and stake pipelines while ensuring all work meets client specifications and industry standards
Support CP remedial work and other field activities as required
Qualifications:
2+ years of cathodic protection or related field experience is an asset
Valid drivers license with clean drivers abstract
NACE CP1 or CP2 certification and Enform Rectifier training considered assets
Strong communication, computer (MS Word/Excel), and independent work skills
Work Conditions:
Extensive travel and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Ability to walk 5+ km per day in rough terrain
MondayFriday schedule with potential overtime and weekend work
Frequent overnight stays away from home may be required; CLAC benefits provided
