Our large Enterprise client is seeking a Junior Human Resources Administrator to support HR and Payroll policies, processes and day to day requests. This role will focus on aiding employees and HR team members through phone, ServiceNow cases, and email.
This is an initial 6-month engagement with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be based in Saskatoon and agreeable to working full-time onsite.
MustHaves:
1+ year of HR support or administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong background in customer service and professional communications
Experience handling employee inquiries related to HR and/or Payroll policies and processes
Experience using HR systems and case management tools (ServiceNow and/or SuccessFactors preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for HR and Payroll inquiries via phone and case management system
Answer questions on HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and procedures
Distribute HR forms and provide guidance on employee policies and requirements
Support benefits enrollment and ensure required documentation is received
Assist with HR system navigation, password resets, and basic technical issues
Maintain accurate case records and employee data in HR systems
Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate HR teams
Manage electronic and physical employee files
Meet service levels and performance targets (SLAs/KPIs)
Support continuous improvement within the HR Shared Services Centre
