Winter Sage Residences: Kii Kinnahk Village Supportive Living

Position: Peer Support Staff

Position Type: Full-time / Part-time / (various shift work up to 12 hours, including evenings and weekends)

Location: Kii Kinnahk Village, 1102 & 1106 Avenue W North, Saskatoon

Reports To: Director of Operations, Kii Kinnahk Village

Camponi Housing Corporation is seeking compassionate, grounded, and community-oriented individuals to join a newly established Mtis-led Supportive Living team at Kii Kinnahk Village. These positions are part of a culturally responsive approach to housing that centers dignity, safety, and connection.

Staff play a vital role in fostering a welcoming, respectful, and stable living environment for residents. Drawing on lived and/or living experience, staff build meaningful relationships with tenants while supporting day-to-day wellness, community engagement, and housing stability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Lived experience relevant to the community served (e.g., housing instability, recovery, mental health) is strongly valued
- Experience working in community-based, supportive housing, or social services environments is an asset
- Relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience/knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to remain calm, respectful, and solution-focused in challenging situations
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, Indigenous cultures, traditions, and perspectives
- Indigenous applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, as preference may be given to Indigenous applicants under a Saskatchewan Human Rights Exemption.

Additional Requirements
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
- Valid First Aid/Intermediate CPR/Basic Life Support, Professional Assault Response Training (PART), Naloxone Training, and Trauma Informed Care, or a willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
