Prairie Co-operative is hiring a Full Time Deli Supervisor at our Food Centre located in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK.

What you'll do:
The Deli Supervisor is responsible for managing workflow and training new hires on how they can best serve customers. Ensures orders are fulfilled accurately. Identifies areas for improvement.
Provides leadership to the team through scheduling and assigning work, development, and performance feedback.
Supports Bakery/Deli Assistant Manager and has a minimum understanding of the hiring process.
Ensures prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times.
Promotes and ensures all company, food, and safety policies and regulations are communicated and met.
Helps the Assistant Bakery/Deli Manager with administration and achievement of budgeted department goals.
Make sure of optimal merchandising including visual displays on the floor and efficient stocking of inventory in storage areas.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
If you are looking for a career in retail store operations and have:
One year of experience in retail/customer service, with supervisory and grocery experience preferred.
Grade 12 is preferred.
You are honest and trustworthy
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions.
