As an Information Technologist (IT) Application Support, you will help support WCU by ensuring all banking systems and software are functioning optimally. You will manage and respond to applications tickets, acting as the primary contact for issues related to banking systems intelligence, and other enterprise-based software and applications. Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will provide accurate, hands-on support along with reporting, systems management, and ticketing solutions that inform both strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications:
Some post-secondary education plus 4-6 years of relevant experience. Experience within banking or credit union environments is considered a string asset.
Proven experience with enterprise software solutions and applications is required.
Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
