Position Summary
The Visitor Experience & Operations Assistant delivers front-line visitor service and supports daily operations and activations. Based primarily at the Visitor Centre, you act as a knowledgeable ambassador, providing recommendations, supporting partners, and contributing to events across the city.
Key Responsibilities
Provide welcoming, personalized service to visitors in person, by phone, and email. Share destination knowledge and promote local products. Maintain a clean, organized Visitor Centre, manage inventory, and support retail and administrative tasks. Track visitor interactions in CRM systems and assist with reporting. Support membership activities, respond to inquiries, and assist with event preparation. Contribute to event execution and in-market activations, including setup and on-site coordination. Assist with content organization and cross-team initiatives.

Customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable. Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and strong communication. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Represents Saskatoon with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications
Post-secondary student or recent graduate in a related field. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a valid Class 5 drivers licence required.
