The Career and Employment Services Branch is hiring a Manager, Contact Centre for a permanent role in Regina, providing leadership and operational oversight for highvolume services delivered to job seekers and employers.

The ministry is seeking a motivated, experienced leader who thrives in clientcentred service environments and can guide Team Leads supporting frontline staff. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in complex, highvolume operations, excellent communication and coaching abilities, sound judgement, and the capacity to manage competing priorities and escalated issues. Relationshipbuilding skills and a commitment to a positive, collaborative workplace are essential. Knowledge of labour market programs, employment services, or client service operations is considered an asset.

Candidates typically hold a university degree in human services, social sciences, public administration, or a related field, along with progressively responsible experience in public service delivery. A strong understanding of legislation, policy, service standards, and performance monitoring will support success in this role.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supporting workforce planning and staff development, ensuring consistent service delivery, managing escalations, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement.
