Description

Join our Planning and Development Services team as a Development Control Officer I, where you will support the interpretation, administration, and enforcement of zoning regulations. You will guide customers, review plans, and complete site inspections in both office and outdoor environments to help ensure safe and compliant development across the city.

What You Bring
-Education in architectural technology, planning, or development, or active progress toward related studies
-Strong knowledge of zoning rules, codes, plans, and regulatory processes
-Skill in customer service, mediation, and clear communication
-Class 5 driver license and confidence working indoors and outdoors
