Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Supervisor to lead crews specializing in underpinning, waterproofing (Blueskin), and excavation work. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, job site organization, and the ability to manage projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations for underpinning, Blueskin waterproofing, and excavation projects
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and OH&S standards
Plan and schedule work, materials, and equipment requirements
Perform site layout, measurements, and quality checks
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Troubleshoot job site issues and adapt to changing conditions
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in underpinning, foundation repair, excavation, and waterproofing systems (Blueskin or similar)
Previous supervisory or foreman experience is required
Strong understanding of structural support systems and safe excavation practices
Ability to operate or oversee operation of equipment (mini excavators, skid steers, etc.)
Valid drivers license (Class 5 minimum; higher class considered an asset)
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
