Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting practices and financial reporting. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. The Controller will collaborate with senior management to drive financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Duties
    Manage all aspects of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
    Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into company performance.
    Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    Utilize accounting software.
    Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion of financial reports.
    Collaborate with auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
Experience
    Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting role with comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles.
    Strong background in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes.
    Demonstrated ability in financial reporting.
