Were looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as a part-time Financial Service Representative in Whitewood! You will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. As a part-time Financial Services Representative, you will work 30-35 hours per week based on business needs.

How youll spend your time:
- Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits and withdrawals
- Proactively identifying and responding to members needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
- Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications  to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
- Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
- Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry

The experience you bring:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in providing customer service
- Experience in cash handling
