Fortune Infosys, a growing IT services and staff augmentation company with expertise in custom software development, cloud solutions, mobile applications, and digital transformation, is seeking a user support technician to join its team.
The role focuses on resolving user issues, maintaining stable IT environments, and ensuring that clients get maximum value from their technology.
Job Responsibilities:
-Administer and maintain client-facing platforms such as portals, collaboration systems, ticketing tools, and business applications, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
-Monitor data, user accounts, permissions, and system updates to ensure reliability, security, and usability across client environments.
-Provide technical training to client users on the effective use of supported platforms and tools.
-Collaborate with internal teams to support client software applications, troubleshoot software issues, and implement upgrades as needed.
-Assist in software configuration, installation, and integration with various platforms.
-Maintain clear documentation on software, configurations, and systems for troubleshooting and training purposes.
-Troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular updates, and coordinate management of hosting and security.
-Respond to IT related queries and incidents from client users , following defined SLAs and priorities.
-Create and maintain training materials, tutorials, guides, and knowledge base articles to help users effectively utilize digital platforms.
-Participate in IT projects and initiatives such as system rollouts, platform migrations, and implementation of new tools to improve client operations.
-Assist with testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for new technologies and services.
Qualification:
-Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field with 1-2 year of experience
