We are seeking a dedicated ECE Level 2 who brings experience, leadership, and a passion for early learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding children through meaningful play, supporting team members, and contributing to program planning.

Key Responsibilitie:
-Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play based programming.
-Lead small groups and support children's social-emotional development.
-Collaborate with team to create engaging learning environments.
-Document learning through observations and communication with families.
-Ensure compliance with licensing, safety and centre policies.
-Model professionalism, teamwork, and positive guidance strategies.

Qualifications:
-Saskatchewan ECE Level 2 certification
-Experience working in licensed childcare centre
-Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
-Current First Aid/CPR
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
-Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
