Job Description: The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Managers of Pharmacy to assist in establishing, maintaining and improving systems and processes to support the planning and administrative functions of the Pharmacy department.

Experience
- Several years' experience in an administraive role
- Experience working with collective agreements
Education
- Management degree/diploma
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Administrative Assistant certificate
- Management certificate
- Administrative Assistant diploma
Other Education and Training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Competencies
- Advanced - Organizational skills
- Advanced - Communication skills
- Advanced - Interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrated political sensitivity and discretion
- Knowledge of diverse, culturally safe and representative workforce
- Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
