Member Services Representative  Swift Current, SK
Full-Time, Permanent
Starting Hourly Wage: $17.95/hr (negotiable depending on experience)
CAA Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our Swift Current branch. This front-line role delivers exceptional service while supporting CAA products and motor licensing services.

Key Responsibilities

Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships
Assess Member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Process SGI motor licence issuing services (registrations, renewals, driver licensing)
Issue licence plates and related documentation accurately
Provide auto travel services, including maps, trip routings, and insurance
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing

What You Bring

Grade 12 or equivalent
Ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing
Customer service or administrative experience (asset)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Hours of Work

Five days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, based on business needs
