Done Correctly Inc. is Hiring  Experienced Concrete Finisher

Done Correctly Inc. is looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our growing team for the upcoming construction season. We specialize in both residential and commercial concrete projects, including driveways, sidewalks, pads, curbs, and decorative finishes.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality work and can operate independently on site when needed.

Responsibilities:

Finishing concrete to a high standard (residential & commercial)
Screeding, floating, edging, and broom finishing
Executing decorative concrete (exposed, stamped, or specialty finishes)
Assisting with forming, rebar placement, and site prep
Reading site conditions and adjusting finish techniques accordingly
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years concrete finishing experience (required)
Proven ability to produce clean, consistent finishes
Experience with decorative concrete is required
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle physically demanding work
Able to work efficiently within a crew and take direction when needed

Assets (Not Required but Strongly Preferred):

Experience operating a power trowel
Skid steer or equipment experience
Experience on larger commercial pours
