Done Correctly Inc. is Hiring  Skid Steer Operator (Earthworks)

Done Correctly Inc. is looking for an experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team for the upcoming construction season. We focus on residential and commercial projects including grading, site prep, landscaping, and concrete support work.

We are looking for someone who can operate efficiently, understands grade, and takes pride in clean, accurate work.

Responsibilities:
Operating skid steer for grading, site prep, and earthmoving
Final grading for landscaping, turf, and concrete prep
Spreading and leveling materials (topsoil, gravel, base)
Excavation support and backfilling
Working around structures, curbs, and tight access areas
Loading, unloading, and transporting skid steer and equipment to and from job sites
Daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
Assisting crew as needed on site

Requirements:
Proven skid steer operating experience (minimum 2+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of grade, drainage, and site prep
Proven experience hauling equipment (truck & trailer)  required
Must be able to safely load and unload skid steer independently
Must be comfortable towing daily and backing trailers into tight job sites
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required)
Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Assets (Not Required but Preferred)
Experience with laser levels / grading systems
Experience in landscaping or concrete prep work
Mini excavator or other equipment experience
Class 3 license
