Done Correctly Inc. is Hiring  Landscape Labourer

Done Correctly Inc. is looking for a Landscape Labourer to join our team for the upcoming season. We handle a wide range of residential and commercial projects including sod, rock, grading, planting, and general site work.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, works hard, and takes pride in being part of a productive crew.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with sod installation, rock placement, and planting
Site prep, grading, and material moving
Shoveling, raking, and general labour tasks
Assisting skid steer operators and crew leads
Loading/unloading tools and materials
Job site cleanup and maintaining safe work areas

Requirements:
Minimum 12 years labour or landscaping experience (required)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, long days)
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
Must be willing to travel for work when required
Shows up on time and works well with a team

Assets (Not Required):
Previous landscaping experience
Experience with tools and equipment
Skid steer or equipment exposure
