Kindersley Mainline Motor Products is looking to expand their administrative team! Join our company as a Part Time Receptionist where your skills will contribute to our dealership by answering and rerouting phone calls, greeting customers and performing light administrative duties.
Overview/Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and positivity, question them about the purpose of their visit and refer them to the appropriate employee/department
Take and reroute outside calls, take accurate messages and provide inquirers with basic information in a courteous and professional manner
Assist with keeping the reception area clean, organized and welcoming
Provide administrative support
Assist with other general office duties as required
