Horizon Homes is a looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a casual basis to help keep our financial records and office systems running smoothly.
The Role
This is a casual position perfect for someone looking for flexible hours. You will primarily support our administrative team with essential data entry and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Accurately enter vendor and supplier invoices into our accounting software QuickBooks.
Filing & Archiving: Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems to ensure all documents are easily accessible.
Data Entry: Key in financial transactions and verify receipts for accuracy.
General Support: Assist with scanning, photocopying, and other clerical duties as needed.
What Were Looking For:
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is essential.
Software Skills: Proficiency with computers and a quick learner when it comes to new programs.
Reliability: A consistent and professional approach to work.
Prior Experience: Previous experience in an office setting or with basic bookkeeping is an asset, but not necessary.
Details:
Hours: Casual/As needed (approx. 8-15 hours per week).
Pay Rate: TBD depending on experience.
Location: Moose Jaw, SK.
