Description

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Maintenance to join our team. Must be available from Mondays to Fridays and occasional weekends. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and possess a strong, hands-on knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and guest rooms.
Carry out a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Carpentry
Electrical and plumbing work
HVAC maintenance
Painting and drywall repair
Flooring repairs, tiling, grouting, and silicone work
Interior and exterior landscaping and upkeep
Repair and maintain room furnishings, lighting fixtures, and room equipment


Requirements:
Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, and building systems.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
Physically capable of lifting and performing hands-on repair tasks
Willingness to assist guests and staff as needed.
