Overview
Brandt Tractor Ltd. is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Compact Construction Equipment for our Regina location

The Compact Construction Equipment Territory Manager is responsible for selling new and used compact construction equipment within an assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role focuses on developing business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales goals to grow revenue and market share.

What You Will Be Responsible For
-Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends to achieve growth targets.
-Promote Brandts compact construction equipment line to existing and potential customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.

What We Look For
-35 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
-Strong knowledge of compact construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, and wheel loaders.
