What You Will Be Responsible For:
-Full cycle payroll administration for salaried or hourly employees in various jurisdictions
-Ensuring Brandt policies and procedures are being followed
-Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
-Maintaining employee personnel files
-Management of employee data in HRIS

What We Look For
-Experience with UKG preferred but not required
-Minimum two years of full cycle payroll experience required
-Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
-Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Ability to work within tight deadlines
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset
