Responsibilities
Develop implementation plans and implement solutions/recommendations based on a risk assessment of the identified priority issues.
Provide education workshops and information sessions to schools in collaboration with school staff.
Develop programming and strategies to overcome the priority issues identified.
Research, apply for, promote and coordinate community applications for project funding and cost share opportunities through government.
Develop implementation plan timelines for strategies to ensure success.
Develop performance indicators to measure improvements and success.
Measuring the barriers reduced such as increase in overall licensing, access to driver education or driver testing within communities.
Qualifications
Degree in Administration, Education or related field with two years workshop facilitation and training experience; a combination of education and work experience will also be considered.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of traffic safety programs.
Satisfactory Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check and Valid Drivers License.
