Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Child and Family Services. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this senior role is responsible for the strategic management, delivery, and evaluation of child welfare and family support programs. The Director will ensure that all services provided to our children and families are culturally safe, legally compliant, and focused on the long-term well-being of the community.

Qualifications
-A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with significant experience in a leadership capacity.
-7+ years of experience in child welfare, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role within a First Nations context.
Comprehensive knowledge of provincial child welfare legislation and family law.
-Proven ability to manage high-stress situations and navigate complex family dynamics with professionalism and empathy.
-Must provide a current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and a valid Driver's License.
