Rotation: 7 Days In / 7 Days Out
Location: Remote Northern Saskatchewan Camps / Multi-Site Oversight

**YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.
**REQUIRES A VALID CLASS 5 DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Athabasca Catering is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee multiple workforce accommodation and hospitality operations within our Uranium Division. This role is responsible for providing leadership, operational oversight, and strategic support across several remote camp locations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct operational oversight and support to Lodge Managers and site leadership teams across multiple locations
- Drive accountability for safety, quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, and contract compliance
- Support recruitment, succession planning, coaching, and development of site leadership teams
- Identify and implement operational improvements, standardization initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure standards are maintained
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to address operational concerns and support business objectives
- Assist with mobilizations, staffing transitions, and coverage planning as operationally required

Qualifications / Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, remote camp, workforce accommodations, or related multi-site operations
- Strong understanding of food service, housekeeping, and accommodation operations
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to travel regularly between remote sites and adapt to changing operational priorities.
