NHA manages a property portfolio on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The Housing Authority provides affordable housing to seniors, families and others who may not otherwise be able to access safe and affordable housing in Nipawin and area.
In this front-line administrative position, you will:
Provide administrative and customer service support including answering calls, preparing correspondence and work orders, data entry, and maintaining office filing systems.
Complete accounting tasks including accounts receivable and payable, bank deposits and bank reconciliations, monthly and year-end processes and reports.
What we are looking for:
The ideal applicant will have knowledge of and experience in office administration and basic accounting procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A satisfactory Enhanced criminal record check will be required upon hire.
