In this role, you will:
-Draft, proofread, and format varying correspondence, reports, agreements, legal documents, and presentations.
-Maintain electronic files by entering data into various computer systems.
-Organize meetings by assisting with scheduling, catering, and technical support.
-Manage emails, calendars, files, and databases.
-Review and transcribe dictation produced by a speech recognition software for accuracy and edit subscriptions as required.
-Organize travel arrangements and prepare and process expense claims.
-Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as required.
Required:
-Administrative assistant or business diploma;
-Minimum of five years of administrative support experience;
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
-Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills;
-Grammatically inclined and experienced in proofreading corporate documents;Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically -Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams; and
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Recommended:
-Previous experience providing legal administrative support would be an asset.
