As an Associate Advisor, you will work closely with a senior advisor to identify client needs, recommend tailored insurance and investment solutions, and provide exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to assess financial goals and provide ongoing policy servicing.

Business Development: Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.

Financial Planning: Prepare and present customized solutions including life insurance, wealth strategies, and investment products.

Team Collaboration: Partner with senior advisors on case strategies and client planning to drive business growth.

What You Need to Succeed

Education & Licensing: A relevant post-secondary degree; valid Life Insurance and/or Mutual Fund licenses (or a willingness to obtain them).

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the financial services industry is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and a "client-first" mindset to build lasting trust.

Tech Savviness: Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Drive: The ability to balance sales targets with high-quality service delivery.
