Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, this role leads the coordination, measurement, and reporting of projects, policies, and actions that advance Waste Plan Regina and the City of Reginas water programming. The position works across multiple City divisions and with external partners to align efforts, measure outcomes, and communicate progress, including annual corporate level reporting to City Council. Sound judgement, initiative, and creativity are essential to driving meaningful environmental and community impact.
What You Bring
- A university degree in environmental science or a related field with progressive, relevant experience
- Proven success leading complex projects and working collaboratively across organizations
- Strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders
