Description
The Rural Municipality of Indian Head No. 156 is seeking one Seasonal Tractor/Mower Operator. The primary responsibility of this position is the safe and efficient operation of a tractor with mower attachment for roadside and municipal property vegetation control.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a tractor with mower attachment for roadside ditch mowing and vegetation management
- Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs
- Adjust and maintain mower equipment to ensure safe and effective operation
- Identify and report hazards, obstructions, or maintenance concerns along roadways
- Assist with the operation of other equipment (tractor, backhoe, loader) as required

Qualifications:
- Experience operating tractors and mower attachments is preferred
- Experience with roadside mowing or agricultural equipment is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
- Strong awareness of safety practices when working along roadways
- Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 drivers license required
Drivers abstract must be provided

Compensation:
Wage will be a minimum $25.00 per hour and finalized based on experience and qualifications.
