Description

Oversee daily maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring all systems and facilities are functioning efficiently.
Coordinate maintenance staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure safety and quality standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize guest disruption.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations, including routine checks and documentation
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective usage
Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and schedules for management review
Support hotel renovations, upgrades, and improvement projects
Train and guide maintenance team members on proper procedures and safety practices
Ensure all work is completed in line with hotel standards and brand requirements.
