Description

The Child and Caregiver Support Worker provides case management, assessment, training, and placement support for children in care and their caregivers using the P.R.I.D.E. and Family Centered Case Management models. This role works closely with families, foster and extended family caregivers, and community partners to promote child well-being, support permanency planning, and ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional standards and ministry direction.
