The QA Manager oversees all quality plans within SeedMaster. This role leads the quality assurance department by managing and continuously improving quality and reliability testing systems for the organizations products and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and continually improve a quality assurance program.
- Identify and set appropriate quality standards
- Maintain quality culture and conduct quality assurance training
- Set quality objective aligned with the business plan
- Partner with purchasing and engineering to ensure quality compliance
- Lead and guide a team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure all required documentation is complete
- Perform root-cause analysis on quality issues
- Responsible for preparing data and trend analysis
- Plan, lead, and perform QA Audits
- Responsible for daily functions as set out in the QA practices

This is ideal if you bring 5 years of QMS experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
