Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Maternal & Childrens Clinical Integration, the Pediatric Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Maternal and Childrens Provincial Programs education, quality improvement, clinical benchmarks, safety, and service delivery initiatives.

Experience
- Minimum one (1) year experience in an adult educator role
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in pediatric nursing
- Minimum one (1) year experience in coordination, implementation and evaluation
- Minimum one (1) year experience in program, education and resource development
- Advanced pediatric training and/or certification (e.g. CNA Pediatric or Neonatal Nurse Certification, emergency nursing pediatric course)
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Master level preferred .
- A baccalaureate degree is required, preferably in nursing. Preference will be given to a Master level of Nursing, Education or Health Administration.

Other Education and Training
- Eligibility to pursue or current instructor certification is required
- Advanced pediatric training/cert and instructor trainer cert preferred
- Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA).
- Computer skills and working knowledge of current software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office)
