PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.
We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil & gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.
We are looking to hire a motivated & organized Administrative Assistant cum Accounts in our Yorkton plant. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and work independently and with a team.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, expense reports and vendor payments
Maintain accurate AP/AR records and assist with reconciliations
Follow-up on outstanding receivables and support month-end tasks
Assist with data entry, journal entries and financial documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support the accounting team with audits and reporting
Prepare shipping documents, labels and customs paperwork
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers
Track deliveries and resolve shipping issues or delays
Assist with project coordination and cross-departmental tasks
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
Experience with accounts payable and receivable
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics coordination
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with accounting softwares (e.g., Quickbooks, Sage, SAP) is an asset
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada
