Serve as a first point of contact for the organization. manage scheduling, travel and calendar coordination for the CEO and Senior Leadership team. Provide professional administrative support, including correspondence preparation, meeting coordination, and document management. Assist with basic bookkeeping duties and employee expense claims. Take minutes at Board and confidential meetings. Maintain a filing system and help manage internal administrative systems. Minimum 3 years experience in an Executive role and a post-secondary diploma or certificate in office administration is an asset.
