Are you a detail driven Business Analyst who understands how technology powers a great insurance experience? Were looking for a Business Analyst (Guidewire) to bridge the gap between business needs and Guidewire solutions, helping deliver efficient, compliant, and customer focused system.

In this role, youll work closely with Product owners and business teams to translate requirements into well designed Guidewire configurations that support our underwriting, policy, billing, and claims operations. This is an opportunity to work on impactful systems that support critical insurance operations and opportunities for learning, certification, and career growth.

What You Bring:
You demonstrate expertise and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We want to hear from you if you have:
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst; experience working with Guidewire systems is considered a strong asset.
Strong understanding of insurance operations (e.g., underwriting, policy administration, billing, or claims)
Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate them into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills.

These skills are typically gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Technology, or Mathematics & Applied Science, or an equivalent qualification, along with three to five years of relevant business analysis experience.
