The Supervisor, Childrens Services provides leadership, coaching, and quality oversight to Child and Family Program staff delivering protective, preventative, and support services. This role guides practice using the Family Centered Case Management Model, ensures adherence to policies and service standards, supports continuous improvement, and works collaboratively with ministry teams and community partners.
