Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support on-site staff; oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and discipline.
Manage scheduling, assignments, and coverage for all shifts, including special events.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, incident response protocols, and operational policies.
Conduct audits, maintain service quality, and uphold contract expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client and public concerns, resolving issues professionally.
Maintain equipment and vehicles; troubleshoot basic IT issues; complete required documentation.
Assist with interviews and hiring of new security staff.
Qualifications
Preference given to military or RCMP veterans.
Able to obtain RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
12 years management experience or 5+ years supervising teams of 5+.
Strong leadership, diplomacy, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan drivers licence with clean 5 year abstract.
Reliable transportation; work 40+ hours/week including weekends and stat holidays.
Experience working with the public and in high pressure environments.
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
Knowledge of enforcement procedures, traffic bylaws, HR principles, and incident management.
Emergency First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, and Dealing with Difficult People (or completion within 2 months).
Completion of the 40 hour SK Private Investigators & Security Guard course; CSC1 & CSC2 within 1 year.
Understanding of Canadian Human Rights Legislation and commitment to respectful, inclusive conduct.
