We have an opening for a caretaker beginning immediately. This position is part-time consisting of a maximum of fourteen (14) hours per week with availability for weekends and after hours for seasonal snow removal. The job entails preventative maintenance and care of both building and machinery, follow garbage and recycle schedules and be able to do some small repairs as required.  Successful candidate must be able to operate a ride on tractor and a lawnmower for snow removal and lawn care. Applicant must have a vehicle and valid drivers license as well as must be eligible to work in Canada, be reliable and dependable, able to climb tall ladders and provide us with a satisfactory criminal record check. Safety tickets and/or certificates or handyman skills are an asset. This is a great position for someone who is retired and wanting to keep busy.
