We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, will be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out.
What You will Do
Greet guests and handle check-in and check-out
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
Process payments and keep accurate records
Work with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
Keep the front desk area clean and organized
What We are Looking For
12 years of customer service or hospitality experience
Strong communication and people skills
Basic computer skills (hotel systems experience is an asset)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
Experience with hotel systems (PMS)
Cash handling experience
Strong problem-solving skills
