We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual to supervise the Night Shift. The essential functions of the job include:
-Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers
-ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the flow of work throughout the production floor
- Delegate and adjust workloads to ensure requirements are met
- Train new employees in proper safety and work procedures

Night Shift Schedule = 5:25 pm to 3:55 am

Education and Experience
High school diploma of GED
Post-secondary Education in Manufacturing or Agricultural and/or Trade Certificate
3-7 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
3-8 years of Supervisory experience
2-4 years working experience of welding techniques, and a working knowledge of paint and
assembly procedures
